Warranty
We offer a 12-month warranty, covering any manufacturing defects or faults in the crystal. This warranty does not cover damages caused by improper handling or inadequate care.
In case of an issue, we are committed to repairing or replacing the product, subject to verification of the warranty conditions.
Care Instructions
To ensure the longevity and beauty of your suncatcher, please follow these care instructions:

Crystal and Stainless Steel: You can immerse the entire suncatcher, including its crystal and stainless steel components, in a container of water for a few minutes to clean it safely. To restore the shine of the crystal and steel, use a solution of baking soda diluted in warm water, a mixture of white vinegar and water, or lemon juice. After immersion, clean the suncatcher with a soft, dry cloth to avoid scratches.

Wood (only for wood mobiles): Do not immerse wood mobiles in water. To clean, use a dry or slightly damp cloth to remove dust. Do not apply abrasive products or liquid solutions directly to the wood.
GPSR Compliance
All of our products comply with the GPSR, ensuring they pose no danger to the consumer. We are committed to ensuring each product is tested and conforms to the applicable safety requirements.
